Houston has a Democrat mayor who told the people to stay put! Probably not a bad idea since most of Houston's roads are flooded.

Houston was flooded in April of 2016 so you would think these people would know what to do.

One African American mother called 911 demanding food and water. They asked if she needed to be evacuated and she said NO but the store is closed and we need food and water!
