It makes all the differnce, the OTC companies of the world founds billions of ways around it, go look at GBSN 5+ in the last 2 years, go look at drys (all time high is in the high millions now that they have had so many reverse splits) a reverse split is as easy as anywhere, you are quoting an article from 3 years ago as gospel, and I gave you 2 of hundreds of real world examples as to why you shouldn't quote one article.
