Great minds think alike? I was thinking that the last minute shareholder list request was probably to see if there were any insider trading taking place, as in some in China loading up, which of course would be expected if this were a typical scam. Even some posters here are trying to use the argument that it is a scam since the Chinese aren't buying it, yet if they were, it would be illegal assuming they have access to more information than is publicly available.

When this passes the finra scrutiny, watch out above!
