Marks Beware- there are millions of shares owned by insiders that cap at .003 so as you can see today DUMPING at anything above--a FRAUD for sure. The fact that over the years it has printed hundreds of millions of shares at fixed prices ranging from $0.001 and $0.002 as well,goes a long way towards revealing ROTH's true colors as well.
