So now these creeps finally found religion and decided it is time for a new board make-up.

I would vote for a collection of the devil's henchmen before this boards candidates.

Whatever the current management says, does or proposes is basically invisible to me now. I can't for the life of me imagine why anyone would pay them any mind.

They just need to put the finishing touches on their resignation letters now.

I doubt they even want to attend the shareholder meeting.
