Wells Fargo Donates 1M. Is PYDS A Current WFC ISO?

In the past I've read that PYDS is an ISO (independent sales organization) for WFC.

PYDS works with 500 + churches, banks, merchants, the banked and non-banked masses.

FEMA in the past, wrote checks to victims of disasters. Floods in Texas where PYDS H.Q. is located, could help banks and others process and handle, recurring helping-hand, prepaid "Cards of Networking Opportunity"... (See Akimbo/FiCentive prepaid card solutions.)

Paper checks tend to fall through cracks and it takes a long time to reconstruct the money trails; Whereas, FiCentive load & reloadable prepaid card transactions can be reconstructed in a New York minute.

3rd party application service providers like Payment Data Systems can remain on the EBPP&H (electronic bill payment, processing & handling) networking cutting edge and changes. For this and other reasons I'd like to see PYDS (a stock I own,) help streamline the helping-hand process Wells Fargo and others could use, while Texans pick themselves up by the bootstraps.
