Some people can't think outside the box and understand that a company doesn't disclose 100% of its business plans in a public filing. It's both inefficient and ineffective to do so.

Public filings are meant to protect investors for company's taking advantage of them, not meant to tell investors their every exact move for the next 90 days.

No one would be taken advantage of by them selling a small percentage of their MRMD stake.
