there are 1.05 billion outstanding, CEO is the largest shareholder of the company, insiders and management own over half of the outstanding shares (500 million+) there is another major shareholder who is aware of the potential of the company, has frequent contact, and also owns over 200 million shares. That leaves approximately 300 million, roughly, available for trading. We know of approximately 150 million of that 300 million that are locked up. So that leaves approximately 150mm tradable shares!
