that may be the same entity buying and selling shares to themselves to give the appearance of volume so they can sell a few into it. it may be half the dilution as it appears

no one wants those 2 million 4s that are on the ask

they might hit the bid with 20 million shares in a bit and then take a million 4s after then those 3s bought will hit the 4 ask as per one tick flippers but they wont get them sold probably since the buying may be fake that's why the 4s are still there no buying just selling into the bid by the MM money makers
