It's in the filings and if you know you're going to have to do another Reverse Split you're not going to average down. He was awarded 2.5 million in his CEO Package,. If he was buying to average down on the open market he would have to file his buying activity. Open Market Buying by Burke has not happened. He has the advantage of having the financing and expected release date mapped out. Things we are not privy to.
