I would suggest being more brief and breaking out your questions in bullet points to make it is easier to read. Also no need to be long winded about the April PR, he is aware of it all and I'm sure it is a sore spot because they weren't able to deliver due to unforeseen things outside of their control.

I've gone three emails in a row before without a reply when he was getting bombarded with too many emails, a lot of them probably angry.
