I find this statement and theory perplexing considering he bought a shell that was extremely dirty. Out of all his options and his level of wealth, you don't think it sends mixed messages that he bought a shell in which prior management are serving time for fraud? Do you know how many cleaner shells with low OS/AS were probably available? In addition to that, he is supposively a Chinese company trying to enter this market, a market that has a past history of dealings with Chinese scams!
