So, you sold at 31, and admitted it. Now we are at 37. I guess your selling and my buying at 31 has my up 19% SO FAR. ON those shares. PLus the shares i own at 10, 12, 15, 18, 21, 22, 23, and 26.

I agree selling is good. But sometimes you have to take the larger profit and HOLD. I'm holding. even the shares I bought at 10.
