Nipton is obsolete. There are dispensaries and marijuana tourism closer to LA and Vegas with better accommodations and already existing infrastructure and laws in place to support them. By the time Nipton incorporates and the infrastructure and population is in place to support the town, there will be a hundred more marijuana cities like it already in place.

Nipton would be like just another rinky-dink firework stand on 4th of July.
