IMHO- This is a critical week for ONCI. I hope they do this filing this week with FINRA as promised according to Insta's notes with SB conference call.

My confidence is still very high and I have the utmost respect for our CEO but I know a lot of big boys on the sidelines are watching and waiting and I'm concerned if it does not happen this week, it may hurt the credibility of what SB is trying to do.

Hope it happens! And this is just my opinion- others may feel differently or have other thoughts.
