Losing confidence can happen when it's done once, doesn't have to be all the time.

We were getting a new sea wall at our lake house in northern illinois, the guy was supposed to start prior to 4th of July, he didn't, two weeks later he was ready but then we had crazy rains and flooding as a result of this delay we found another guy to do the work. 40,000 dollar job lost because of delay. That's not good for business.
