Ya, this is really borderline criminal, I talked to IR literally the day before and was told everything was on track, and hang tight... And don't tell me for a second that management didn't know this was coming when earnings were released and they had the conf call. It would be nice if we can figure out if any of the board or officers sold their shares! Hopefully there will be an investor lawsuit, I'll be on board
