Step back and look at the big picture... Every single company in this conglomerate is making money...
Loftwerks http://www.loftwerks.com $$$$$$,
Sulja Brothers http://www.suljabros.com $$$$$$,
Consultech http://www.consultechconstruction.com $$$$$$,
The Vista group $$$$$$ http://www.findaproperty.com/agentdetails.aspx?edid=09&salerent=0&agentid=05476,
Red Sea Housing http://www.rsh.com.sa $$$$$$, and especially
Emaar Properties, http://www.emaar.com $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
THAT is the sword being held over the heads of the shorts and bashers of SLJB. That is the single thing that cannot be argued and it is what sets SLJB so far apart from nearly every other pinksheet company out there. So how did this odd situation come about? What is going on here? To see that you need to step back and look at the big picture. Look at it like a map. Where do all roads lead? They lead to the gilded domes of Dubai and Emaar properties. Emaar is what this is all about. Emaar, a multi billion dollar builder, is gathering under it's umbrella real estate companies, material suppliers, and builders. Emaar wants and NEEDS an uninterrupted network of suppliers real estate brokers and skilled workers to do what they doing, and that is participating in the largest construction project on the planet. They needed the lumber export license. They need cement, steel and lumber in HUGE quantities.
What Emaar also wants is to be a publicly traded company and that's where SLJB comes in. SLJB will be traded on the Dubai exchange, where only large entities can trade and after audited financials are out, on the OTCBB and then to the NASD. It's as clear as day when you put all the pieces together and stand back and look at it. Emaar needs what Sulja, Consultech and the other partners can provide. I am betting that soon Emaar will play their hand and announce they are buying some or all of the SLJB conglomerate. Emaar recently bought the second largest homebuilder in this country so they do have a history of doing deals like this.
We are just along for the ride and a very profitable ride it will be for those of us with a little courage and a little vision.
