No they cant. I agree and have been saying the same for a while. There are many ways more beneficial than a rs to reduce shares listening to Tommy and the fact he is touting the equity deals he has been making one would have to believe that a healthy share reduction plan is in place. I have always believed along those lines. It makes sense with the current situation. Folks bvtk is Huge and is heading north
