Ok so correct me if im wrong... i kinda remember casper making some kinda strange deal with both parties two years or so ago basically saying that the ptab is the final decision and if worlds lost it was not to appealed. And what ever claims were gotten were the word of god. Vise versa, They both agreed going forward. I thought no appeals of any sort were allowed on valid ptab claims. And if wddd lost it all game over.
I may be wrong or have it mixed up because this was a while ago and i haven't heard it mentioned since. however it seems to stack up to what a few key people have told me about bungie not cross appealing the 6 and just defending the ones wddd's are fighting to get back.

Why would two people on here say two polar opposite things and both be sooo sure they are correct.

One is saying to expect 101, expect a full cross appeal on the 6 claims and so on...

The other saying we have nothing to worry about in regards to any of that! bungies cross is just going to be them giving reasons why they are not a connected party and defending the other 44 or so claims we already lost..

We all know that we will find out in a matter of hours and how this thing reacts to the actual truth will be really interesting considering we have at least a 70% chance of getting though even in worst case scenario... pretty darn good odds of getting to court if you want my opinion, that means we climb! And climb! and climb! Now now I know there is always that chance of bad judges look at worlds and say all there own opinions "look at you fools you dont really care about this crap your a bunch of bums until you saw dollar signs... NPE go sit on a cactus your claims are no good here!"

The funniest thing to me is one of the two people here... (I'm gonna say both are extremely educated on this topic and may not mean there necessarily smart...) are absolutely going to lose ALL CREDIBILITY AND REPUTATION.

Im honestly on the edge of my seat tonight! My gut feeling tells me... why wouldn't bungie at least try to invalidate those six And bring up 101? idk i feel like that is a standard thing to do i hope not! Im hoping it is actually someone said it was originally and that they cant contest the six!
