You're right it is irrelevant. The purchase agreement is via escrow. But where will the money come from to follow through with all their plans for the town itself. Ok so they buy a town...Now what??? Do you they have millions on hand in cash or current revenues that can cover these costs? Or do you think that every 420 friendly company in America is gonna be banging down their door throwing money in their faces just to get their products in Nipton??? That's an unlikely scenario and those things are already happening in places like downtown L.A. and Denver anyways so why pay AG money to carry your product in a remote location like Nipton? Again, they have good ideas in 'theory', but making it reality is completely different and seems far fetched at this point. imho.
