Well for one thing cash money never hurts lol but no I don't see how their financial situation supports a positive long term outcome in Nipton. I'm just pointing out my take on things. AG promises a lot and has been for quite a few years now but we never really see fruition of any kind. In my personal opinion they went and hired a few random hands from a home depot parking lot and took some pictures/videos of them moving around a lot but the site does not seem to be improving at all. Other cultivation centers are built and open much quicker than this. Not bashing people on the board just letting you guys know the site is a 10 mn drive from my house and I've been doing my dd on it. I don't see any solid changes that suggest it's moving forward, at least not anytime soon.
