How did the OSC ban him from being part of a US issuer?
SRSR isn't an an issuer in ontario. I am pretty sure that the US Federal government hasn't given the Canadian government any power over our companies.

What ruling did he violate?

And in all the talk of reporting vs not reporting is the truth that SRSR doesn't have to report a thing or is it that the lack of reporting will get them into trouble?

One second Dan doesnt have to report insiders holdings. And the next Currah and keevil are going to jail for not reporting insiders holdings.

Which ever it is all I can say is both management groups are treating the shareholders the same. If Scott broke a rule so has Dan since nothing has changed between the 2 groups.

In the end, the lack of filing is why you got ripped off by scott.
Had he filed as he should you would have had the details exposed.
The same thing applies to Dan.

A full filing would tell you that Ron Potts is married to Currah's sister.

But we can't see that.

Now I know many will latch on to that and tell me I am making up a bunch of BS. They could be right.
But they don't really know because Dan has left out all the details. Just like Scott did about his partners.
