Croe Inc and Crypto Co (neither are a trading publicly) already merged and have applied for name change and transfer for incorporation with the State of Nevada. RMRK is an existing shell in Nevada which is being acquired as the reverse merger vehicle to go public n Nevada. 10-Q/A filing clearly has such merger language referring to the company (Croe/Crypto) and future intent of going public ...where else, but in Nevada!
