What are you talking about???...Active Construction??? You're right about the bare earth nothing here but dirt and rocks. Only thing happening is dilution and wamboozling!
I just drove by and there is NOTHING happening! There's still the same pile of rocks and bricks outside that were there 3 months ago! They have hydroponic equipment just sitting outside to rot in the Sonoran sun! Graffiti on the side of the wall they don't show in the pics or videos, pallets that have product wrapped in black shrink wrap just laying there for anyone to hop the fence and take! The cultivation center is a joke, everything here is wide the hell open literally all the sliding doors are wide open and it's the only building on the block without electricity!!! HOW ARE YOU GONNA GROW WITHOUT ELECTRICITY??? Every other building is lit the F!@k up! The videos/pics that others have posted on here of the construction is very misleading on ERBB's part. It takes 6-10 months for other company's in Phoenix to open grow/dispensary...How long has American Green been working on this same project??? 2 years now and counting??? Now they've purchased, plan to incorporate, legalize and grow an entire town into the pot capital of America while simultaneously tackling clean energy? SERIOUSLY??? Nope. Sorry guys, nothing going on in downtown Phoenix and I would assume Nipton is the same. Maybe,,,just maybe Stephen meant for this to pan out and be an honest business venture but greed is a powerful ally and from the looks of it, a bunch here actually thought ' Marc'.??...lol MARK CUBAN...was actually interested here. That says a lot right there. I rarely post on IHUB besides a select few company's but I hate to see good people misinformed it's just not right. OTC is full of surprises but AG is as predictable as a fly on crap. Investors here are hanging on a wing and a prayer. GL to all.
