How can you say they are trying to hide it? They put it in there!!! But it's against Purdon AND GEGI and it was adjucated BEFORE the reverse merger happened. She probably felt they didn't deserve the liability but after talking to lawyers decided that it would be better off to just put it there for now until it can be dealt with properly. And she doesn't need to address anything, she's not on trial and doesn't need to explain anything. Truth is, GEGI got the green light for the Reverse Merger and everything is kosher and a small $128k judgement is small potatoes to what is going on here. There are posters here from the past 2 days who are already up that much on paper from holding GEGI stock...
