Not only did the Gulas papers reveal that the $21 million loan was very likely bogus, but they revealed that David Foley was telling Gulas what to say and do. In other words, it underscores very solidly that David Foley is NOT unaffiliated with NTEK. In fact, David Foley IS NTEK.
The fact that Gulas revealed all that stuff means he's simultaneously pi**ed at NTEK and scared of this court, but he's going to figure heavily in any criminal prosecution.
Gulas possibly has standing to file criminal complaints in addition to civil ones. I think he ought to follow through and do that, but he has the problem that he's probably not squeaky clean himself.
But it sounds like he is just going to let his brother take the fall, and pretend he has nothing to do with NTEK.
The legal question is whether the Gulas revelations are sufficient to pierce the corporate veil. I strongly suspect that they are, and that's a good thing for Longside, if they can force an investigation into where Foley's stashing all the Royal Capital money. I strongly suspect there isn't a dime of NTEK property anywhere else.
