2017 Goals
To be in 3 Hotel chains total of 50,000 Rooms --(How many hotel chains and how many rooms?)
To be in at Least 200,000 Homes --(How many homes are signed up 3/4 of the way through the year?)
To be in 100,000 Dorms --(How many dorms are we in?)
To have 500,000 Downloads -- (How many downloads have we had?)
To Enter into Colombia & the Caribbean --(how is this goal coming along?)
Now in my company, we have goals which need to be met. We have Board of Directors Meetings each quarter to determine where we stand in relation to each goal. When the goals are not being met, people are fired. Do we have meetings like this? Are people in the company being held accountable for meeting or exceeding goals? What about not meeting goals? Are people let go so that we can bring in competent, professional individuals who can meet the assigned goals.
I guess not only will you have me blocked from you, but all of my questions will go unanswered and will most likely go away so only the cheerleaders can be heard.
