I AM DISGUSTED, I was looking forward to a good meeting with potential good news. I had over $30,000 ready to put in to this after getting out after the dilution 2 months ago at 8.8 cents. The excitement of one of the big names from Shark Tank running the show. And then...
1) NO OLD FRIAR TUCK INN deal, WTF, that was such a perfect place LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION, (LOCATION VERY IMPORTANT - and that was a perfect location) :(
2) NO MORE ENERGY SHOTS, once again WTF, I loved their energy shots as I mentioned many of times on this board, they worked well with no side effects - very bad move
3) THEIR DRINKS ARE GREAT THE WAY THEY ARE - Doesn't Mr Loan Shark know how to read the Amazon Reviews. I'm not the only one who loves their drinks - so why not change the formulas and lose existing customers. That would be like starting over again (stock price too as we saw yesterday -24 percent in a day says it all, 8.5 million shares sold = 1/3 of a Million dollars in one day)
4) CHANGE THE CAN IMAGE - The image was changed once before from the Cannabis leaf to an image of beautiful mountains. Sales went up after that because those who were in to health and not getting high loved it. Will changing it again make another difference - maybe/maybe not (not worth the effort or money to change it, because it works well as it is, spend more time on doing useful things like getting a contract with the R&H Holdings (old Friar Tuck INN)
5) CHANGE CAN SIZE FROM 16oz to 12oz - That will attract more sales? - Absolutely NOT, That will bring down sales real fast. Less beverage for same price. However Red Bull did manage that one well with their small cans.
6) If they can get a good loan, then no more dilution, otherwise there will be more dilution.
7) No International Business, some say that was going to cost more than it was worth, others said that there was huge profit in selling to China. I have no opinion on this one.
8) No CBD, CBD drinks could very well be the next big thing or the DEA could start enforcing on the federal level. I doubt it and have no other opinion on this one
9) I'm actually depressed on what is happening here. Not because I was only able to make a few bucks here, but rather because I enjoyed their products. Soon they will be no longer available. However I am going on Amazon to buy some more of their great existing products while I still can :)
