NOW, That comment just made me cancel one of my 15 percent accumulating swing trading sells at 0.44 for re-buy at 0.38. Now this buyout rumor is probably just that. However if it is true wouldn't it be just for OWCP's Psoriasis cream. Which means 15 more buyouts for the remaining patents to go!

Big Money. The way I see it, anyone that is helped out with their medical problem by OWCP products and any shareholder that is averaged in at under 3.24 pps (every shareholder) will be huge winners here :)
