OTC intermittently does check some of the Info's... but usually the Companies just log into the Update page and add whatever they want to be shown.

The OTC Page does show "verified Profile" but it doesn't state what parts have been verified by OTC Market...
Even the latest PR is only mentioning that they basically contacted KPMG for some advice. I'm pretty sure they will get advice as long as they pay for it.
Does that make KPMG their Auditor? IMO NO
