Anyone who claims he has found a surefire formula for determining an inflection point from a small reversal in trend is either a liar or will soon be richer than Putin.

Promising that the realities of INSY's position as a superb reliever of extreme pain with minimum threat to increasing drug addiction or allowing its liquid fentanyl formula to be used conveniently by those already addicted will allow it to avoid the ultimate penalty from the avengers ranging from the blind drug warriors to overblown terror igniting a similar reaction from a compassionate Elizabeth Warren should only convince the most gullible.

Even in the case of INSY's strong position in synthetic THC, there is the extraordinary case of the FDA turning its back on its decades-long approval of marketing of such a drug [marinol] to falsely classify it as a dangerous addicting drug. Such a show of contempt for good science and medicine speaks to a deep prejudice that remains a threat.

Given that and the realities of competition, I like INSY's chances with superior technology despite rabid critics.
