There's a lot of very non tech-savvy people. The website, in my opinion, is clumsy to navigate. It fails to leap out in any meaningful way to advertise itself and introduce newcomers to what the service is, how it works, why it's better, etc. It just dumps you on a TV guide page with absolutely no branding, identity or direction. Nothing is explained.
Some of the links under "what we do" aren't even setup. They're still the cut and paste code with "insert your banner here!" adverts. It's embarrassing.
When it comes to tech stuff, things need to be laid out in plain-speak, easy walk-through interaction, and colorful, pretty photos like a children's book.
Go to any competitor website like PlayStation Vue or Sling TV and you'll see exactly what I mean.
Right now, energy and money is being misappropriated. The partnerships are promising, but they need serious marketing / advertising help to put a professional company image forward and effectively reach people.
As a consumer, I'd come across a site or product like this and think it was a fly-by-night operation erected in a throw-up tent.
Time will tell if they tighten ship.
