Must not have seen but.....Me and other investors have heard what the company stated in the update... we know the Target date is September 15th and the acquisition will be hopefully close to that date. It's up to individuals to decide how they would like to interpret the statements by the company! My interpretation is that that date is a target date and the deal will be very close to it... hopefully on it! Not going to be bent out of shape if it's a couple weeks later though. I guess if people freak and sell though, it's just more good deals for me and others to add to our position
