Yep...most pharmaceuticals are majorly over-prescribed. My ex is in the process of moving out which has my anxiety through the roof and she got ticked at me last night because I started drinking again.
Mind you, I've never been a major alcoholic...I just stopped because I tend to get stupid when I drink heavily.
But with all my anxiety I have been physically sick, having chest pains, and my hands shaking so bad I look like I'm getting Parkinson's. Two shots, that's all it takes...and I'm golden. Everything goes away for a while and I calm right down. I deal with depression and have since I was just a kid...but when most anti-depressants are notorious for side effects that cause suicidal thoughts...gee...do I drink a couple shots or go get an Rx for Paxil? lol
