I agree, it was very risky, but I don't know that suspension was justified until we see what this specific company has actually done.

I gather there's some proposal to transform BITCF stock into Omni coins. If so, the SEC would find that quite disturbing. It would consider those Omni coins securities, and would not want them trading on some unregulated exchange.
