Selling convertible debt is the only true source for any company with 0 revenues until they make money or prove out their concept. The dilution from the converting has to get cleaned up at some point. Reverses are the only way to do that. In my opinion, they should have done the dividend first and then the reverse to protect people through the reverse. They did it backwards ?? Maybe they learned from mistakes.
