They are likely waiting (mostly) for the DoD determination December 1st while working with IBC identifying downstream products and manufacturers. They have given this up to 6 months. We are less than 1 month after the release of the FS. I'm far more optimistic.. If you can't wait, there are other investors that would gladly buy your shares (assuming you have any).
