OTCQB coming soon >> It is the intention of the company to complete the process within the next 4-6 months hopefully, again subject to comments from the SEC.

The CEO Ian Dixon quotes, "It has been a long road with positive momentum, however, we feel the filing with the SEC will allow us to not only gain added shareholder confidence, but will open the door for future capital and new projects. As to the future and new projects, the company is already looking to open its new office in UTAH with the General Contractors Division to do solar and other commercial projects, and the mining division will soon be opening a drilling and exploration company. The future looks bright".
