I keep hearing the replies from RO and I keep reading the letter over n over and it really sounds to me like the 25th is a due date for the company to have requested forms submitted(2013 10qs). I have not seen anything that convinced me finra must respond by this date. Finra has no required review/response time limit. RO said finra has not requested any further info thus far and now he said they are waiting on finra for any further comments, basically saying the same thing every time. Ball is in finras court and they have no shot clock... that being said, I really would love more than anything to see it happen today after hours... that would be epic JBMY$$$$
