Numerous MGT changes. All those insider buys last year were forced promissory notes!! That 4 million share buy at .50 cents ,everybody was talking about last year was a option if it went to .50 cents ,when the stock was in the .35 cent range ! Smoke and mirror scam ! IMNP was .15 cents when they had 1 for 20 reverse split to make it 3.00 after the split . Now the stock is presently at 6 cents pre-Split down from 15 cents lol! Just another in a long list of penny scams!! Do not think about buying !
