Great! The MMEG .0004 Ask started at 144 million, dropped to 120 million and has returned to 124 million!

Yet, no .0004s have been traded!

Are those MMEG .0004 shares coming from the money lenders provided with a low price issue to satisfy their MMEG money loans?
