LT_FD .10 looks like they may be selling off assets of the bingo halls. Could be a divy coming if they come out on top some. That AC_FL surprise surprise 10 years after dereg they pay 3 divies and one that was FAT. Who knows maybe they pay a divy then do something else? Not sure need help with the fins page. But looks like assest at .70 a share and eps 2016 at .13 a share? Crazy bc people were selling shares cheap not long ago.


Fins on website. They have been releasing them for past few years since 1512g. Seems pretty decent consider it gets trades to the bid. And one very interesting fact is the CEO is connected to ACFL which paid divies following dereg

Director, President and CEO
Mr. Recks, while serving as President and CEO of the Company, also serves as Senior Vice President of AMC Financial Holdings, Inc., a Texas based financial holding company.
Mr. Recks has additionally served as the CEO of several of its subsidiaries and related companies which span a variety of business segments including health care, manufacturing, vending and distribution. He also has experience in the bingo business as an officer in charge of several bingo halls before their divestiture.
Mr. Recks has an accounting degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. He serves on the boards of a variety of civic and other organizations.
