An astute observation and question re: cash on hand! Launching distribution requires purchase of large quantities of high quality API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) naltrexone, having it shipped to the manufacturer, having the tablets appropriately manufactured and batches quality tested, packed and shipped to West Africa. The significant funding required will have to come from a contracted source(s) and if that committment has not yet occurred then more delay for sure.
