Anyone taking bets on whether Ed will even follow through his update on the audit this week? Should be simple enough and look something like this: "the audit is not ready and I don't know when it will be ready because I have been misled for 3 years. I apologize for the delay, but it has and is out of my control." That would go a long way here...
