You better believe that funding is lined up. You don't buy land, file for permits, survey land and do easement marking for access road(s) without having funding lined up.

It would be total ludicrous for Hanks to do all of this without having money to complete the mission.

After a great day of consolidation yesterday, I'm thinking (hoping) we move up to the .017-.018 area today.
