This is a pass/fail, you know with any drug maker, when it comes to the last trial and an answer is imminent, as in this case, the price runs up prior to results. Many people will risk a little more to make several hundred% than after the fact to make a much smaller amount.... I think this is just the expression of confidence that this will pass and with their J&J connections that a deal may be inevitable
