Driving to Nipton from Vegas is a piece of cake one hour drive. One day they will have bus tours from Vegas to Nipton for R&R time at Nipton. Big Hotels will be there with one theme, "MJ Rest and Recuperation Resorts". Biggest question which big Hotel chain will establish their footprint there first. Will it be Hilton/Sheraton/Wynn/Trump/MGM/etc. I bet it will be one of these guys once they figure out this town is a micro Vegas for MJ enthusiasts. Its all legal like Amsterdam in Holland/Netherlands. American Green will be on top of it all, so buy all ERBB shares you can folks this month because this stock will be priceless one day.
