The merger will not be completed

by 08-31-2017. And, there is a 90% chance that this specific OMVS/RAD merger will never be completed.

I'm not saying that RAD will fail. I'm not saying that OMVS will fail. RAD will find the necessary funds from a private source - that may already be done - and they will remain private.

I do not yet have an opinion on what will happen with OMVS.

All of this is my humble opinion. Do not make any decisions on my DD and my opinions.
