The DoD awarded the contract to Xtera Communications Inc., not Xtera Inc. Not trying to be difficult, however, the BK order failed to cancel the shares, therefore, the shareholders still have ownership of the company. Otherwise the shares would have been cancelled when the company came out of Bankruptcy.
